Effective marketing is the key to selling your listing quickly and getting the highest price. Aggressive, effective marketing of your Client's home by every available medium is how you become a top real estate agent in your area. It's your job to assure that you get as many qualified prospective buyers as possible; allowing you to extract the highest price the market will bear.

One of the most important elements in marketing your listings is effectively setting the price. If the price too high, you won't get offers or showings, and the listing will take too long to sell. Set the price too low and you cheat the client by not getting their home's full, fair market value. As an expert in Wyomissing area and Berks County real estate, I analyze the market and set home prices every single day. I work closely with my clients in a team effort to assure that every possible thing is done to get the highest price, in the time frame the client needs.

The condition and appearance of the listing are critical factors in getting the best price for the home. I'll personally walk through the client’s home with them and advise on what they can do to properly stage their home for best marketing bling. Some areas of the home are much more important and more likely to pay off than others! Curb appeal, kitchens, and bathrooms are keys areas to focus on. In addition, I usually point out to the client other easy and inexpensive tips that go a long way toward triggering those "buy" emotions. Often, the buyer is motivated by emotional responses.

Getting your clients to earn your trust goes a long way in the real estate process. When the negotiations begin they know that you have their best interests at heart. Real estate negotiations and contracts can be intimidating in their complexity, and most people outside of real estate realm have almost no experience in this area. Getting your clients the best terms and price in the process can separate a good Realtor from a bad one.

A little effort will go a long way when you list a home to achieve the highest price the market will bear for your client’s home investment.
