Today more than ever Photography is becoming the most important component in marketing real estate. Buyers are searching the web for homes at rapidly growing numbers. The homes with the good photographic images are the ones that gain the attention of the consumer and ultimately sell. Most agents approached photography in the past with a point and shoot camera, capturing “objects” in the viewfinder. Today buyers are demanding more and what to see a wide angle showing them the light, spaciousness and the lifestyle the space will offer them. We shoot our properties with Professional quality Nikon Digital SLR with interchangeable lens. Our wide angle shots results in an image that captures the essences and lifestyle of the room. We always make sure that the rooms are properly staged for the best shot which is a service we include in our full service listings. Since it is often difficult to capture the correct exposures in a room; to show the light both inside the space and out, we shoot in brackets to produce an image that is exposure corrected for the various light levels of light. The images are used on website, Multiple listing services, Realtor networks, and a variety of websites included but not Limited to HGTV’s Front Door, Flickr, Realtor.com, Zillow.com and Trulia.com . We also create custom video clips which we can use in E-Brochures for Relocation and YouTube.com.
