Bill Sands is the Broker of Sands & Company Real Estate since 1993. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the Residential, Commercial, and the Investment real estate markets. He serves on numerous boards and is a member in good standing of National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Collection Management Committee of the Reading Public Museum and Art Gallery, and the Board of Director of SVCOA in the USVI. He is a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in Berks County Pa. and a Relocation Specialist for a local hospital. Recently, his concerns about the environment and sustainability lead Bill to pursue a Green designation. He was one of the first 25 Realtors in the State of Pennsylvania to obtain the designation from NAR and the Green Resource Council. In addition, he holds an ABR designation-(Accredited Buyer Representative certification). On a more personal note, Bill Sands is an avid runner and a 2010 ING NYC Marathon finisher! He also is a Certified Scuba Diver, Down Hill Skier, Traveler, Photographer, and Art Enthusiast. Bill has been nationally recognized in numerous magazines including Newsweek, Forbes, and many others. He is known as a Resort/Vacation Home Expert and owns properties in California, New York, France and the United States Virgin Islands. Bill Sands has added Public Speaker to his resume and is an avid writer/ blogger on the different subject. Bill was featured in the Doubleday book release in 2008 of "House Lust". America's Obsession with our Homes, written by Dan McGinn Senior Editor of Harvard Business Review.
